Overall, there was not much difference in speeds. In fact, I felt that Premiere Pro CC 2017 played the Red file a little smoother and at a higher frames-per-second count. FCPX struggled a little. Granted a 6K Red file is one of the harder files for a CPU to process with no debayer settings enabled, but Apple touts this as a MacPro semi-replacement for the time being and I am holding them to their word.

To celebrate the 25th anniversary of Farrells in China, a travelling architectural exhibition named Urban Dialogue began in Hong Kong, hosted later in Beijing, Shanghai and in October 2017 in Singapore.
In her ambitious work The Trial of Colonel Brereton (Fig. 7), painted in 1834, Rolinda Sharples again presents a subtle idea of her views on women in politics by inserting herself with a sketchbook among the many important political figures shown present at this historical event. Not only is her inclusion of her own figure in this work an assertion of a political belonging, but women had long been barred from the very topic of history painting itself. This work proves most striking in the dense crowd of people who participate in one way or another, populating this scene in a way that seems to emphasize the chaos and importance of this historical event. By including herself and other women in this work, Sharples goes beyond the argument that women have a place in the world as artists, arguing that women should have representation in the political sphere as well.
